Traction DK, a leading CRM provider for recreational vehicle dealerships, partnered with HubexTech to develop an AI-powered conversation intelligence module. The objective: transform raw customer-agent interactions into actionable insights while ensuring data privacy and compliance.

The resulting solution is a fully automated, multilingual (English/French) system for sentiment analysis and conversation summarization. Built on Google Cloud using Gemini AI models, the system provides stateless, high-throughput analysis without persisting any user data, allowing real-time decision support for dealership sales and service teams.
